Lita is most certainly one of the pioneers of women’s wrestling in the pro wrestling world. She has paved the way for future generations of female pro wrestlers. It seems Lita has already started training for her upcoming appearance.

The WWE Hall of Famer made her return to WWE television on a previous episode of Friday Night Smackdown, as she laid out Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. Fans simply loved this segment as Lita hinted at having one more run in the company despite retiring years ago.

The segment was also said to have been a last-minute decision. Lita took to Instagram and uploaded a video of herself performing her signature moonsault, as she prepares for the Royal Rumble.

As reported earlier, AEW had also planned on bringing Lita to the company for a feud with Britt Baker last year, but that didn’t end up happening. Lita is scheduled to appear during the Women’s Royal Rumble match. It remains to be seen how she will fare in the match.
