Braun Strowman’s release from WWE earlier last year truly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core. He was one of the major stars in the company. It seems he pitched an interesting idea as well.
The Monster Among Men’s father, Rick Scherr, is a Slinger, Wisconsin native and a legendary softball player. He is known for crushing home runs in slow pitch softball leagues, and his reputation proceeded him.
Strowman has already made fans interested in his next destination thanks to a series of posts over the past few months. Braun Strowman could be heading to Impact Wrestling and Strowman himself seemingly responded to the report.
Braun Strowman recently celebrated his father’s birthday and shared the moment on social media. Due to this, one fan asked Strowman if he would ever team up with his dad for a “once in a lifetime” match.
Strowman saw the fan’s tweet and decided to reply to it, as Strowman claimed that he pitched an idea to team up with his father and square off against Vince and Shane McMahon before he was released.
“Pitched the idea of Shane and Vince vs my Dad and I. Then budget cuts lol,”
The Monster Among Men was also recently confirmed to compete in a huge pay-per-view in Dubai. It remains to be seen what is next in store for the former WWE Superstar.
