Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins Have Fun With Fans After SmackDown Goes Off The Air

Roman Reigns is on a collision course with Seth Rollins. Reigns is set to put the WWE Universal Championship on the line against his former Shield brother at the Royal Rumble. The WWE Universe got a taste of what’s to come after last night’s SmackDown went off the air.

Roman and Seth had some fun with the live crowd. Seth posed in the ring and challenged Reigns to fight him. Romans teased the crowd by climbing up onto the ring apron. Just as he was about to come through the ropes, he backed off. The audience erupted in a chorus of boos.

Roman Reigns then grabbed his Universal title and walked away as Rollins ate a superkick. Reigns and The Usos teamed up in a losing effort against Rollins and the Viking Raiders in a post-show dark match. The crowd was sent home happy.

WWE is beginning to heat up the feud between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. Judging by the reaction from the fans watching the SmackDown untelevised angle, they’re ready for it. Many expect Rollins to win the title at the Royal Rumble.

Roman Reigns was recently pulled from his match with Brock Lesnar at Day 1. Lesnar, who had been pursuing Reigns’ championship, ended up defeating Big E, Rollins, Bobby Lashley, and Kevin Owens to win the WWE title. That significantly muddled the WrestleMania situation, but Reigns vs Lesnar remains the plan.

It’s only a matter of time before Seth Rollins finally gets his hand on Roman. WWE fans can expect an intense fight. The two have a very long history together.
