Brian Cage Has Peculiar Reason For Wanting A Match With Bryan Danielson

Brian Cage made a name for himself in various promotions before making his way to AEW. He also isn’t afraid of facing off against the most intimidating of opponents. It seems he wants to face Bryan Danielson for a peculiar reason.

Cage was engaged in a feud with Team Taz after he was betrayed by them back in July last year. Cage was usually prominently featured on AEW television but his wife isn’t a fan of his booking in AEW as she ranted about it on social media. This even led to some heat on him.

A fan took to Twitter and revealed that he really wants to see Brian Cage face off against Bryan Danielson in a singles match. Brian Cage saw the tweet and replied to that fan, stating that he is down for a match against Danielson, dubbing it the “Battle of the Brian’s.”

“Would love for the battle of the Brian’s. Sorry pillman,”

Brian Cage has not been seen on AEW television since losing a street fight to Ricky Starks on the October 6 episode of Rampage last year. We will have to wait and see when Cage will return to AEW television.
