The Elimination Chamber is one of WWE’s most popular matches. The brutal structure is said to have shortened many careers. The gigantic cage match is usually reserved for the Elimination Chamber premium live event. This year, it’s going international.

Fightful Select has reported that WWE is planning to run an Elimination Chamber match in Saudi Arabia. The company is set to return there on February 19th. It is not known if this means the end of the Elimination Chamber event itself.

WWE has plans to do the match in Saudi Arabia. Preparation for the logistics behind moving the massive structure to the Middle East has been ongoing since last November. There may also be a WWE taping occurring in the country in the future.

As of now, the working plan is for the Elimination Chamber match and structure to take place at the February Saudi Arabia show. We’re unsure of the Premium Live Event name will follow that, or if they’ll opt for something different. Some staff that is working with WWE in the area have also been briefed of these plans.

February has seen over a dozen Elimination Chamber matches. The bout is a tradition around this time of year. Now fans abroad will get to take in the match for the first time in Saudi Arabia.

The 2021 Elimination Chamber event featured two bouts inside the hellacious structure. It is not known how many will take place in Saudi Arabia. The competitors for the match have also not been announced.

WWE has taken heat for their association with the nation of Saudi Arabia. Now, the company hopes to give their fans even more than the usual Crown Jewel event. The Elimination Chamber is coming to the Middle East.
