Noelle Foley, daughter of WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley had issues with concussions for the past couple of years. She suffered a concussion after riding on a roller coaster. It seems she has gotten some new hearing aids for herself.
Noelle Foley event went to a specialist after suffering the concussion. She was training to become a pro wrestler, but the concussion put a stop to that as well. She also suffered from Hyperacusis due to the concussion, which has affected her hearing.
Noelle Foley took to her Instagram and shared a video of herself, explaining why she got new hearing aids and why it has benefitted her so much.
Who said hearing aids can’t be sexy? 😉 The clinical study I’ve been a part of for Hyperacusis has officially come to an end. The clinical study was for these hearing devices, which are basically fancy earplugs with white noise in them. They’ve been super helpful with doing everyday things like grocery shopping, driving, restaurants and walking around Disney, but unfortunately I need to give these devices back 😢 I’ve made SLIGHT progress with these devices, but I wish the clinical study could have lasted at least a year, but I am thankful to have been a part of it. If you have the opportunity to be part of a clinical study, I definitely recommend looking into it. Not only could it benefit you, but you could help MANY people dealing with similar issues ❤️ #hyperacusis #postconcussionsyndrome #invisibleillness
We are certainly glad Noelle Foley decided to get that help that she needs and hope she will be able to live a normal life without any issues.
