The Undertaker is undoubtedly one of the greatest, most prolific pro wrestlers of the last 3 decades. His career spanned 30 years, and his legions of fans won’t ever let his contributions in the squared circle be forgotten, as a recent post on Twitter suggests. It shows his staying power in a hilarious way. This has caused the legend to trend, as he so often does.

Taker, who in the video, is made to play the part of the Memphis Grizzlies, takes to the ring quite dominantly, doing away with in quick succession, a plethora of other teams…the message being read loud and clear by anyone watching. Of course, this got the whole Twitterverse wound up.

One Twitter user ignored the whole NBA implication, stating: “the undertaker pulling up to the royal rumble on his bike was the craziest shit”

Another decided to weigh-in on the matter at hand in his own way, being analytical in scope, and perhaps the reason for the post, which was to talk basketball, this user stating: “It’s time for them to steal Tatum or Brown away when the Celtics realize they can’t win with both of them”

Another simply said: Facts. “This team can hoop”

In essence the video and tweet sent out a message to one and all, but the reaction seemed funny, and jovial, which these days doesn’t always happen. Trending topics get a lot of hate, but so far this trend is all in good fun. The Grizzlies are currently 4th in the Western Conference and are set to face the Timberwolves tomorrow, January the 13th at 8 PM EST.

As for The Undertaker…he doesn’t really need a reason to trend. Love and respect for him is plentiful out there in the pro wrestling world, and it’s well-deserved. Now how’s that for an understatement? All in all though, we’re sure he smiled at the reference.
