Armando Alejandro Montalvo was arrested in 2020 for multiple incidents of trespassing on WWE property. Montalvo would live stream as he snuck onto the grounds of the WWE Performance Center. Armando previously streamed a court date where he bizarrely hit on the prosecuting attorney and called the judge “sweet cheeks.”

Today, Montalvo appeared in court once again on the matter. The alleged stalker chose to live stream the affair on his phone. The judge repeatedly admonished him as he criticized his attorneys before the court. Armando said he wanted to represent himself in the matter.

“They’ve done plenty of things. There’s been four different counsels assigned to the case. Every time that I did ten months in jail, it took me at least five months for them to file one simple motion on my behalf to get a bond motion.”

Montalvo also argued with the judge about possible conflicts of interest in his jury selection. The accused also discussed possible punishments for violations of the terms of his release. Montalvo did six months for shopping at a Wal Mart without permission of the court.
