Lance Archer has dealt with a lot of injury issues lately. The AEW star landed on his head after missing a moonsault during an AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament match with Eddie Kingston. The neck injury put him out of action for a while. Lance has been hoping for better luck with the start of a new year. So far it isn’t going that way.

Archer’s Twitter account recently began to post some strange things. He offered signed merch for sale and said his DMs were open for offers. It turns out that it was not Lance after all.

The Twitter account quickly went private, meaning only Archer’s followers could see his tweets. Lance Archer then took to Instagram to announce that he had been the victim of a hacker. Archer included a screen shot showing the full account information so that no fans would be fooled.

“My twitter has been hacked Any tweets after the DDP retweet is NOT me.

Do NOT reply or DM whoever this is at the moment.”

Several fans noted that they reported Archer’s Twitter account as being hacked. Any fans who are interacting with the @LanceHoyt page are advised to stop immediately. Lance Archer himself has confirmed that he is not currently in control of the Twitter account.

Hopefully Lance will get the situation squared away soon. Hackers can be a major inconvenience. Lance Archer will now play the waiting game as he hopes to soon regain control of his Twitter feed.
