Jim Cornette has been an outspoken critic of Tony Khan and All Elite Wrestling. The long-time veteran of the business has frequently called AEW out for their lack of ring psychology in matches. Corny will let his fans know what he likes in the company, but Jim is never afraid to speak up when he sees something he doesn’t like.
The endless dragging of AEW by Jim Cornette continued again this morning. This time he made light of his perception of how the in-ring action in AEW looks. Cornette chose an interesting piece of source material for the burn.
Los Angeles Clippers sideline interviewer Kristina Pink went viral after face-planting during a post-game interview on Sunday. Pink wasn’t hurt in the fall, but it definitely wasn’t the safest pancake bump. Cornette compared it to what fans see each week on Dynamite and Rampage.
“She’s All Elite! @AEW”
Cornette never fails to point out a botched wrestling spot. This fall rivaled even the most egregious of those. The reporter said she slipped on some water that somehow was spilled on the court. That wasn’t a good enough excuse for the public not to blast Kristina.
Jim Cornette frequently stirs up controversy among his loyal fanbase. Several replies came in almost immediately making jokes about AEW signing Kristina Pink. James E. continues to know just what buttons to push to make his followers happy.
