Tony Nese has responded to Hook’s recent victory over Aaron Solo on AEW Rampage. Nese had tweeted that he was hoping Solo could put an end to what he referred to as Hook’s “lucky streak.” Now Tony wants his own piece of the young star.

Hook rose from a background character without much to say to an overnight phenomenon. The son of the legendary Taz has looked smooth and dominant in his first few matches. Hook has become a fan favorite who recently had the highest-selling t-shirt in the company.

A fan tweeted that they believe Nese should be the first wrestler to defeat Hook. Tony said he was more than game. Nese also joked about Hook’s age and youthful looks.

“If I got that opportunity, then that’s a no-brainer. I would happily sign a match contract….I’m pretty sure he needs a parent or legal guardian to sign his.”

It is highly likely that we will hear from Team Taz representatives on the matter sometime soon. The Human Suplex Machine will certainly back his son up. It could be a matter of time before the 22-year-old sensation Hook squares off with Tony Nese.

Hook has made quick work of Fuego Del Sol, Bear Bronson, and Aaron Solo thus far. Tony Nese would be his most gifted challenger yet. We’ll have to wait and see whether Hook is interested in locking horns with the former WWE superstar.
