Moose defended his Impact World Championship at last night’s Hard to Kill pay-per-view against Matt Cardona and W. Morrissey. The former NFL player has been controversial during his rise to the top. Moose has even called out WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns publicly multiple times.

The Impact champ took to Twitter for his latest attempt to entice Reigns through the forbidden door. Moose’s invitation carries more significance this time. Impact Knockouts Champion Mickie James’ participation in the WWE Royal Rumble has fans buzzing about the possibilities.

Roman Reigns recently returned to action after missing WWE’s Day 1 premium live event after a positive COVID-19 test. The Big Dog recently split with Paul Heyman and has a date with Seth Rollins at the Rumble. Roman will then face Brock Lesnar in the WrestleMania main event. If he retains the championship until then, it will be a title-for-title matchup.

Lesnar was moved to the WWE Championship match at Day 1 after Reigns was unable to participate. He won a five-way match to become the new champion. The fateful change of plans has set up a massive WrestleMania showdown.

Moose wants to see another champion vs champion bout. The Impact Champion would love to take on Roman Reigns. Time will tell how serious the relationship between WWE and Impact is. Fans might not want to hold their breath.
