Kenny Omega’s in-ring skills have brought him worldwide fame and acclaim as he is touted as the best bout machine for good reason. His AEW World title reign had been excellent for many fans as he has competed in several high profile matches. It seems he hit back at fans for their recent hateful comments as well.
Kenny Omega made a name for himself with his incredible matches with top pro wrestlers such as Kazuchika Okada and Hiroshi Tanahashi in NJPW. Omega is regarded as one of the all time-greats by many fans and it is not difficult to understand why.
Omega is also very involved with AEW’s women’s division and helps out with numerous matches and the overall development of the division. Kenny Omega took to Twiter and gave massive props to Britt Baker and Riho’s AEW Women’s World Championship match at the Battle Of The Belt event.
However, Kenny Omega received a lot of negative tweets from fans regarding the women’s division. In response to this, Omega hit back at all the haters in a way only he knew how.
It felt nice to tweet something I was passionate about, but yikes, what a mistake. What compels people to leave cruel comments about others on my page? If you like someone/someplace else, congrats. No need to go way out of your way to tweet at someone you already hate.
Freddie Prinze Jr. also recently called for AEW to start a women’s-only show as well. It remains to be seen just how much the company will be able to improve the women’s division as well.
