Jake Atlas was released from WWE last year and then announced that he was stepping away from pro wrestling. His pro wrestling hiatus did not last long as he made his way to AEW and signed a contract with the company. It seems he revealed the severity of his knee injury as well.

Jake Atlas squared off against Adam Cole during the AEW Rampage taping, which aired this week. During the match, Jake Atlas suffered a knee injury and caused many fans to be concerned.

It was said that he received an MRI after the match as well. Following the conclusion of his match against Adam Cole, Jake Atlas took to Twitter and revealed that his knee will be just fine and that he won’t be gone long.

I’m so freaking proud of that match. Thank you @AdamColePro for pushing me to give you ME. My knee will be just fine. Thank you guys for your concern. I won’t be gone long! #AEWRampage
