Road Dogg isn’t having the best week. He was released from WWE and then he was met with another harsh reality when he went to change his social media handle.

The WWE Hall of Famer might be known as Road Dogg to millions of fans, but he is Brian G James in real life. Since WWE likely has Road Dogg locked down, he went ahead and changed up his name on Twitter.

Suddenly, James noticed that he lost that treasured blue verification checkmark. Then he tweeted out to let fans know what happened in case they are confused.

This is the same Brian James aka RoadDogg I just lost my verified status and my employment status lol I’m back on Twitter now

Twitter has a security measure in place to stop hackers from hijacking verified accounts and changing the name. You can do a lot of damage with a blue verified checkmark. Now Brian James will have to wait and see if Twitter gives him that checkmark back.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE purposefully got rid of Triple H’s people. This move was said to be a personal one and everyone knows how close Triple H and Road Dogg are.
