Becky Lynch has been on a roll after returning to action after over a year at WWE SummerSlam last year. She went to the to defeat Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship and then became the RAW Women’s Champion. WrestleMania is only a few months away and it appears that WWE has their direction in line for The Man.

For the past few weeks, Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan were engaged in a feud, which is certainly Morgan’s best to date. The two took each other on for the second time as they competed at the WWE Day 1 pay-per-view. After a long and hard-fought match, it was Becky Lynch who came out on top and successfully retained her RAW Women’s Championship.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Becky Lynch is likely to square off against Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38 this year. This is why Morgan’s feud with Lynch will continue.

“They booked it not to kill [Liv Morgan] off and to go again, because I think, I mean I don’t know this, but I think the Mania match is probably Bianca Belair vs Becky Lynch. So, they need something to take time, because they don’t wanna do that match before Mania if that is your big Mania match. So, you have to keep this thing going for as long as you can.”
