Jon Moxley debuted at AEW Double Or Nothing 2019 and became one of the mainstays of the company since then. He is also confident when it comes to AEW getting more fans thanks to its diverse product. Now Mox is set to make his return to the ring in 2022 after taking some time to heal and seek recovery at the end of 2021.

Jon Moxley’s body underwent a lot of wear and tear over the years of him competing in various violent matches. It led to him developing substance abuse issues and he entered into a rehab for alcohol addiction.

This past Saturday, TNA legend Homicide won the Do or Die Rumble at GCW Die 4 and earn his shot at Jon Moxley’s GCW World Championship.

It was then confirmed that Moxley will be defending the title against Homicide on January 23 at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Moxley won the title after defeating Nick Gage last year.
