Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler established themselves as one of the top tag teams in pro wrestling. They already proved their worth in AEW by winning the AEW Tag Team Titles once. The two also don’t care what their critics have to say about their matches.
FTR are true fans of the old school way of professional wrestling and was inspired by various legends, with Bret Hart being their greatest inspiration. CM Punk would certainly approve of this.
On the other hand, The Briscoes are certainly one of the most established and decorated tag teams in all of professional wrestling. They have competed all over the world in various promotions. The Briscoes and FTR also had a confrontation last month at ROH Final Battle, which led many to believe they will feud in the future.
A fan recently took to Twitter and accused FTR of dodging the Briscoe brothers. Dax Harwood saw the fan’s tweet and decided to reply to it as he blasted the fan for even thinking FTR dodged The Briscoes.
Hey moron. You do know we went to Ring Of Honor, their home, at Final Battle, entered their ring, and beat the shit out of them; ALL FOR FREE?! How are we dodging them?!
The Briscoes are also likely to sign with AEW and FTR have made it clear in the past they would love to work with the Briscoes as well. It remains to be seen when the two teams will duke it out inside the squared circle somewhere down the line.
