Ember Moon was one of the mainstays of WWE NXT television as far as the women’s division is concerned. This happened after she was repackaged following a subpar run on the main roster. The former WWE Superstar has recently stated that she would be free soon. That 90-day non-compete clause after her release is ticking down.
Due to the WWE’s release of Toni Storm, Moon was a popular subject on Twitter last night. The Shenom responded to the trend on Twitter, thanking her admirers for their support. She teased her return to the ring as well.
“Thank you for all the love and support! I have always heard and appreciated you! SOON… I will be free and #MakeArtOutOfWar again!”
Moon was released from her WWE contract on Thursday, November 4. She was released along with other budget cuts. She is reported to have been subject to a 90-day non-compete agreement, which means she will become a free agent on February 2nd. Last month, Moon revealed that she is now accepting appointments via j@jnmgmt.com.
Moon hasn’t competed since losing to Mandy Rose, the current WWE NXT Women’s Champion, on the October 5 episode of NXT. Moon’s future plans are unknown at this time, but we will keep you updated. The rest of her tweet can be found below.
