Christian Cage Is Sure Jeff Hardy Will Sign With AEW

Jeff Hardy remains one of the most respected and beloved pro wrestlers in the history of WWE. Since his return in 2017, he was one of the mainstays of the company and competed in various feuds. It seems Christian Cage commented on Jeff Hardy’s pro wrestling future as well.

Unfortunately, he was recently released from WWE. To add to that, Jeff Hardy even turned down rehab prior to his firing. News of his release has truly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core and many people reacted to it.

After his release, many fans started wondering what is next in store for the Charismatic Enigma. While many want him to go to AEW, others do not feel the same way.

While speaking to ET Canada, Christian Cage talked about Jeff Hardy making his way to AEW. The former Impact World Champion made it clear that he believes Hardy will join his brother Matt in AEW.

“Yeah, of course (expects him to join AEW). There’s so much history there and, obviously, I’m very close with Matt [Hardy] as well. It’s been great to reconnect with him in AEW. He’s kind of doing the same thing as far as mentoring the younger generation the same way. He’s also got a wealth of knowledge. Jeff is an extremely talented guy. A really good guy. I’m sure at some point that will happen.”

Ric Flair also recently stated that Jeff Hardy could easily join AEW. On the other hand, Jim Cornette recently said that it would be ridiculous for AEW to sign Jeff Hardy. We will have to wait and see what Jeff Hardy will do next.
