WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle has not returned to pro wrestling since his release, but that didn’t stop WWE from offering him a role. He is certainly one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle. He had a tremendous career in WWE, spanning multiple World Title runs and incredible matches.

He faced off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world has to offer. This includes The Undertaker, against whom he had one of the best feuds in WWE history. The Undertaker was also an imposing figure in the company and Angle is more than aware of that fact during the ‘Plane Ride From Hell.’

While speaking on his podcast, ‘The Kurt Angle Show‘, Kurt Angle revealed a time in Boston, where he and The Deadman messed up a spot, and they had to wait until the show was over.

“It was a wrestling match where I and The Undertaker, were supposed to do [a] submission where Undertaker had a leg lock around my neck, and I had him pinned. And they wanted the referee to count the tap out in the pin at the same time. And we messed that up during the show.

So we had to wait till afterward and wait for all the crowd to leave the arena. And then we would put in some of the wrestlers and some of the employees in the corner of the arena. So we could do a camera angle and make it look like they were the fans.”

Kurt Angle has been enjoying his life in retirement after WrestleMania 35. We certainly wonder if he will make his return to pro wrestling one way or the other.
