The Undertaker will forever be regarded as a legend in the world of professional wrestling. His contributions to the business will never be forgotten as he has given 30 years of his life and sacrificed his body. It seems Jim Ross believes one aspect of The Undertaker is underrated.
The Deadman has squared off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world had to offer over his three-decade-long career. He has always managed to put over the unlikeliest of opponents in all kinds of matches as well.
While speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross talked about The Undertaker’s career in WWE. Ross gave massive props to The Undertaker for his wrestling intelligence, stating that it’s underrated.
“Taker [Undertaker] is multi-talented. He’s got a great head for the business and somebody like him could evaluate a Jeff Hardy or a hardcore match with RVD [Rob Van Dam], and come up with a plan that he thought was gonna work to accomplish what the booker wanted at the end of the night… He’s very underrated.”
The Undertaker also recently revealed how many surgeries he needed throughout his career. He has been enjoying his life in retirement since then but had also mentioned earlier that he wanted to mentor young WWE talents. We will have to see what is next in store for the Phenom.
