Jon Huber created a legacy few ever imagine when he entered the world of professional wrestling. He was a star on the independent circuit for years before hitting the big time during his run as Luke Harper in WWE. He emerged in AEW and became the charismatic and brutal leader of The Dark Order as Brodie Lee.
It all came to an end far too soon. Huber left behind his children and wife Amanda on December 26, 2020. His memory has lived on through the fans and the pro wrestling community.
Today, wrestlers from promotions all over the world came together to pay tribute to their old friend. Brodie Lee’s life and career transcend even the bold battle lines between the two biggest promotions in the United States. He was beloved by all. Twitter was flooded with stars from WWE, AEW, and the independents as they remembered the incredible journey of Brodie Lee.
WWE Champion Big E posted a long note remembering one of the best friends he’s ever had. AEW referee Aubrey Edwards chimed in with the hashtag #BrodieLeeForever. Of course, members of the Dark Order remembered their friend and storyline leader.
Brodie Lee captured four championships in WWE as Luke Harper. He is a former AEW TNT Champion. His true legacy is the one he left outside of the ring.
