CM Punk Predicts He Will Wear AEW Gold Around His Waist In 2022

AEW will see a big change in 2022 as Dynamite will move to TBS. The roster was asked to provide their bold predictions for 2022 and there were some interesting answers.

Sammy Guevara’s bold prediction was that he is going to defend the TNT Title on TBS every week. We’re not spoiling anything here, but click around this area to find out how his title defense goes on Rampage this week.

The big attention grabber was when CM Punk’s bold prediction was that he will have gold around his waist sometime in 2022. He also had a little smirk on his face while saying it, almost like he knew fans would flip their lids over his off-handed remark.

“I will wear AEW gold around my waist.”

That was a pretty bold prediction, especially coming from CM Punk. He doesn’t need a title to be one of AEW’s biggest stars, but it couldn’t hurt.

This was a pretty funny little video and it featured plenty of AEW’s biggest stars including Adam Cole, The Jurassic Express, Christian Cage, Ethan Page, Scorpio Sky, and Britt Baker. The AEW Women’s Champion said that TBS will still be “The Britt Show.” We’ll have to see how AEW makes this transition.
