Hulk Hogan remains one of the most popular pro wrestlers in the world of professional wrestling, with his influence in the business never being understated. However, his troubled past concerning racism has ultimately led to his downfall. Seth Rollins also doesn’t think he’s a good human being.

On the other hand, WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart is without a doubt one of the best technical pro wrestlers the pro wrestling industry has ever seen. He is also a controversial wrestler whose views haven’t always been seen in the best of ways.

While speaking to Tom Power, Bret Hart talked about the negative reception he received after becoming the World Champion in 1992, after defeating Ric Flair. Many people never believed he could be the next Hulk Hogan.

“When I became the World Champion in 1992, I was really the guy that had to pull the sword out of the stone. I had to be the wrestler that moved on past Hulk Hogan and moved into a different era of wrestling. People always go, ‘He’s never gonna be the Hulk Hogan of wrestling. It is nothing but a step in the wrong direction.’”

Bret Hart also recently blasted Hulk Hogan for his in-ring skills, stating that he didn’t know a headlock from a headlight. Bret Hart’s contributions to the pro wrestling industry can never be understated and that is unlikely to change anytime soon. We wonder if he will ever return to WWE in the future or not.
