Unfortunately, he was recently released from WWE. To add to that, Jeff Hardy even turned down rehab prior to his firing. News of his release has truly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core and many people reacted to it.

After his release, many fans started wondering what is next in store for the Charismatic Enigma. While many want him to go to AEW, others do not feel the same way.

While speaking on Grilling JR, Jim Ross talked about Jeff Hardy’s future plans. Jim Ross stated that he would love to see Hardy in AEW and that it would be a no-brainer for the company to sign him.

“I hope someday Hardy is wrestling for AEW. It is a no-brainer. Can you imagine the Young Bucks and The Hardy Boyz? The Hardys and the Lucha Bros? The Hardys and FTR? The Battle of North Carolina. I’m all for this. That’s a year’s worth of matches right there, easy.”

Ric Flair also recently stated that Jeff Hardy could easily join AEW. Jim Cornette also recently said that it would be ridiculous for AEW to sign Jeff Hardy. We will have to wait and see what Jeff Hardy will do next.
