Roman Reigns is on a roll since his return to the company back at WWE SummerSlam last year. He returned as the Tribal Chief and truly reinvented himself. The change was several years in the making as fans clamored for it for so long.
The Head of the Table has certainly been very dominant as the WWE Universal Champion as he has remained the champion for well over a year now. It is unlikely he will be losing the title anytime soon from the looks of it. He has competed against several top WWE Superstars throughout that time.
Reigns is a three-time WWE Champion and a two-time Universal Champion. Thanks to Reigns’ five title reigns, it seems he has surpassed Bret Hart in an impressive milestone. Roman Reigns’ five combined title reigns has exceeded 651 days, which has surpassed Bret Hart’s record of 650 days.
The Tribal Chief is now in hot pursuit of Randy Orton, who has a combined 806 days as world champion. Roman Reigns is also being booked to be as indestructible as Brock Lesnar.
Roman Reigns is set to defend his WWE Universal Championship at WWE Day 1 on January 1st, 2022. It remains to be seen how long Roman Reigns will remain the champion.
