EC3 cut a promo at the Ring of Honor Final Battle pay-per-view where he said he’s forming a group that intends to disrupt the gatekeepers of the wrestling industry. The Titan (Adam Scherr, known as Braun Strowman in WWE) was unleashed as part of the unveiling. He’s been out recruiting new members who want more say in their careers.
Killer Kross appears to be joining the movement. EC3 and Scherr both shared images on social media that include Kross as a part of the faction. Kross also shared the graphic.
“It is through this #awakening I have seen the #gatekeepers of this #industry are nothing when they face of men of action. There is no defense for those with free will. Those who hear the cheers of their ancestors. Those who feel the beat of their wild hearts #ControlYourNarrative”
The group also includes Westin Blake, who wrestled in WWE as Wesley Blake. The group, minus Kross, attacked Brian Johnson, Isom, and Dak Draper at the ROH event. It was a coming out party for the group, which mostly existed on social media to that point.
EC3 began the movement earlier in 2021. Since then, he’s promoted two independent events under the name. Now, it appears he is building an independent super-stable that will work only under their terms.
Kross was let go by WWE as a part of the mass releases of November 4, 2021. He is subject to a 90-day non-compete clause as a member of the WWE main roster at the time of his release. His fiancé, Scarlett Bordeaux, only had a 30-day non-compete since she was under NXT contract.
EC3 is going with big names for his new stable. He’s built a faction on monsters, thus far. It’s a grand experiment for the former TNA star, but EC3 and the members of CYK are betting on themselves.
