Jeff Hardy will always remain one of the most beloved Superstars in the history of his company. He has sacrificed his body over the years for the entertainment of fans and it shows. It seems another rumor regarding his release was squashed recently.

As Ringside News exclusively reported, Hardy’s issues were not a problem backstage in WWE. In fact, Roman Reigns was game to start a program with Jeff Hardy for the Royal Rumble or a Saudi Arabian show.

Jeff Hardy was replaced by Rey Mysterio in a match during a recent WWE live event in Corpus Christi. This is because he was sent back home. It even led to Jeff Hardy trending on social media. In the end, Jeff Hardy was fired by WWE recently as well.

Sean Ross Sapp took to Twitter and addressed the rumors that Jeff Hardy intentionally tried to get fired by WWE. Rapp made it clear that Hardy did not do such a thing.

“It seems silly to address this at all, but according to those close with him I spoke to — Jeff Hardy wasn’t trying to get fired from WWE. He wasn’t “working to get out of his deal.” The exact phrase I was given was that it was an ‘absurd take.”

Jeff Hardy’s issues are well known by now and it is simply terrible to even claim that Hardy would fake them just to get fired by WWE. We hope Jeff Hardy becomes healthy as soon as possible.
