Becky Lynch was absent from WWE television since May of last year but finally returned at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view in August this year. Since then she has been in the main event scene and fans couldn’t be happier. It seems Eric Bischoff is a huge fan of Becky Lynch’s character.

For the past few weeks, Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan have been engaged in a feud, which is certainly Morgan’s best to date. Morgan challenged Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

While speaking on his After 83 Weeks, Eric Bischoff talked about WWE’s current product and stated that Becky Lynch’s character is the best character in pro wrestling right now.

“Just to watch Becky Lync]. I mean, she is the best character in pro wrestling right now. She is so authentic. You know, I was thinking about this. It is actually funny you brought her name up. I was thinking about her a little while ago.

Somebody asked me a question; it was in an earlier interview about what is missing? Why doesn’t wrestling feel the way it felt before. I think it’s authenticity. There are so very few authentic-feeling characters, especially in WWE, because everything is so well-crafted and polished, except for Becky. Even her social media, there is something special about her as a performer. She really gets it. So, I watch her.”

Becky Lynch retained her RAW Women’s Championship against Liv Morgan on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW via controversial means as she used the ropes. We will have to wait and see what is next in store for Becky Lynch.
