Bryan Danielson’s accolades as a professional wrestler certainly need no introductions as they proved to be one of the best in the business. He spent several years working in WWE as one of their top stars and towards the end of his run, Bryan Danielson was even part of WWE Creative. It seems Bryan Danielson felt he’d die during WrestleMania 37.
Danielson’s debut in AEW is considered one of the most impactful debuts in recent memory as well. Danielson had previously mentioned his desire to wrestle in other pro wrestling companies and that’s exactly what he did in the end.
Danielson previously admitted that he felt an odd detachment from WWE despite being in the main event of WrestleMania 37 earlier this year. It seems there is a good reason for that.
While speaking on Casual Conversations. Bryan Danielson said that he felt empty during the main event match against Roman Reigns and Edge. Danielson also felt as if he was doing to die.
“When I walked out for the match at Wrestlemania, it felt so empty. Fans were cheering and all that kind of stuff. When I wrestle, I feel everything. What I remember most about that match is just feeling empty and thinking ‘oh man, I legitimately felt like am I gonna die… Is this a premonition that I’m gonna die?’ And I wasn’t even freaked out.”
Bryan Danielson also recently admitted he needs to wrestle fewer matches in AEW. We will have to wait and see how his feud against Adam Page will be booked in the coming weeks.
