As seen on his week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, a fan attacked Seth Rollins and caused a huge stir. Seth Rollins was utterly blindsided, which is why he couldn’t react to the situation as quickly as he’d have wanted to. It seems Seth Rollins’ attacker tried to justify his actions.
Seth Rollins also did not attack the fan but managed to fight out of the hold and put in a front face look. He then waited until security came out and apprehended the fan, who was later on revealed to be 24-year-old Elisah Spencer.
While speaking to New York Daily News, Elisah Spencer claimed that he was simply trying to help Finn Balor, who was attacked by Seth Rollins as part of the storyline on Monday Night RAW.
“My plan was to help Finn Balor. I’m a fan. I like his aura, his attitude. I like everything about his charisma. I like everything about him. I jumped from where I was sitting at. I ran and speared Seth Rollins. I busted his lip open and he caught me in a headlock. I broke the headlock and I was trying to get him, then the referees and the security guards broke us apart.”
Spencer also apologized for his actions recently. Elisah Spencer got out of lockup but is expected to appear in front of a judge in December. We sincerely hope such an incident never happens again to any pro wrestler.
