The IInspiration Paid Tribute To Harlem Heat With New Ring Gear At Impact Wrestling Turning Point

WWE released loads of employees, including WWE Superstars, over the past several months. This recent trend jumpstarted on April 15th, the same day that they axed several people last year. The IIconics and more were a part of those cuts. 

After many months of waiting, Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay finally signed with Impact Wrestling. Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay finally made their debut with Impact Wrestling during the Bound For Glory pay-per-view. They ended up winning the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Titles.

During Impact Wrestling’s Turning Point event, Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay defended their titles against Havok & Rosemary. One of the most notable things about the IInspiration was certainly their ring gear. They would end up successfully defending their titles as well.

Jessica McKay took to Instagram after their successful title defence and posed with the titles alongside Cassie Lee. They paid tribute to the legendary Harlem Heat tag team, comprised of Booker T and Stevie Ray, with their ring gear.

Oops, we did it again…

Booker T and Stevie Ray are certainly one of the greatest tag teams of all time, having won the WCW World Tag Team Titles a record ten times. They were inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame back in 2019 and it is great to see that their legacy continues on even now.
