John Cena Was Impressed By Drake Maverick’s Reaction To His WWE Release

Drake Maverick was a part of today’s WWE releases. In total, 8 Superstars were cut from their contracts, but Maverick had the best response so far. In fact, it seems as if he was preparing for this day.

Maverick, who will likely be Rockstar Spud once again after today, tweeted out a video that was quite powerful. His reaction to WWE releasing him from his contract came in the form of a tightly-produced video.

John Cena saw Drake Maverick’s video and he was very impressed. The 16x World Champion quote retweeted Maverick’s video along with a caption to put him over.

This is worth a watch. Very well done and very powerful message by a gifted performer.

We’ll have to see what’s next for Drake Maverick, but his reaction video was quite impressive. Hopefully, he will find himself in a place where he can have a bit more creative freedom to tell the kind of stories that he displayed in his video. John Cena was definitely impressed.
