Bryan Danielson Turns Heel On AEW Dynamite

Bryan Danielson became the #1 contender at Full Gear when he defeated Miro on November 13th. A few days later, Danielson turned heel on the new AEW World Champion.

Bryan Danielson came out to interrupt Hangman Page’s celebration speech for Cowboy Sh*t Day. Then Danielson proceeded to turn heel in the process.

Danielson said that when he won the World Championship at WrestleMania, that he wrestled the very next day. That got a boo from the AEW crowd. Apparently, mentioning WrestleMania was all he needed to do. Then Bryan put his heel turn over by mocking the Virginia crowd for hating hard work.

The segment ended in Bryan Danielson saying that he didn’t want to face Page for the AEW World Title that night. That also received a heel reaction from fans. Then there was a small brawl prior to Danielson taking on Evil Uno.

It appears that Bryan Danielson turned heel in this segment and he will carry on as a bad guy on the AEW roster. That didn’t take him very long at all.
