Big E Says It’s Hard To Believe Cesaro Has Never Been WWE World Champion

Many consider Cesaro as one of the most criminally underrated WWE Superstars in the history of the company. The Swiss Superman has shown time and time again why he is one of the best in-ring performers in the company. Now it seems even Big E commented on Cesaro’s lack of world title reigns.

It came to such a point that even WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley said he would literally get on his knees and beg Vince McMahon to give Cesaro a chance in the company.

Cesaro is a multi-time tag team champion and has won the WWE United States Championship as well. However, in his 8-year tenure in WWE, Cesaro has yet to win a world title in the company.

While speaking to Sportsnet, WWE Champion Big E gave massive props to Cesaro. Big E then stated that it is simply hard to believe that the Swiss Superman has never been a world champion.

“I thought with the Draft, beforehand, a guy like Cesaro, a guy like Kevin Owens, you didn’t really know where guys were headed. But Cesaro has never been a world champion which is kind of hard to fathom, that’s hard to believe. I can’t speak highly enough about how incredible he is in the ring, not to mention an incredible human being. The man, as we all know, anyone who’s paid any attention, you understand how incredible he is, and he’s not slowing down at all. Just guys like that, guys that I think are extremely talented and haven’t had the same opportunities.”

Cesaro also recently teased a match against Brock Lesnar. He was also in the main event scene earlier this year, as he lost to Roman Reigns in a WWE Universal Title match. We will have to wait and see if the company will eventually pull the trigger on him or not.
