AEW Dynamite Results for October 27, 2021

It’s Wednesday and you know what that means. AEW Dynamite will go down tonight and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage.

JR welcomes us to the show as commentary runs down tonight’s card. First up is Fish vs. Punk! Cult of Personality plays to bring out CM Punk. For those interested, Punk is wearing the long tights. Huge CM Punk chants. Bobby Fish is out next.

CM Punk vs. Bobby Fish

Huge CM Punk chants, Fish leaves the ring and poses. They feel each other out, Punk with a snapmare, into a side headlock. shoulder tackle, cover, 1 count. Fish gets Punk to the corner, kicks to the quads, Fish with a snapmare into a headlock. Fish with high knees in the corner, Punk escapes and hits knees of his own. Punk hits an elbow drop, then back into a headlock.

Punk hits a shoulder tackle, bodyslam, Punk smiles. Another bodyslam, another smile. “One More Time” chants. Punk hits another bodyslam, cover, 2 count. Punk with a high knee in the corner, Punk goes for GTS but Fish grabs the rope. Fish its a senton over the rope, Fish hits a snap suplex, cover, 2 count. Fish locks in a rear naked choke, Punk clotheslines Fish out of the ring. Punk hits a Tope Suicida to the outside.

Fish kicks the legs out from under Punk on the apron. Fish with a running elbow strike, cover, 2 count. Fish hits a backdrop, inverted dragon screw to the leg, kick to the leg, continues to punish the leg, another dragon screw. On the outside Fish throws Punk into the barricade. Fish with continual strikes on Punk against the barricade. Forearms back and forth, Fish hits a high knee. running knee strike in the corner. Fish wraps Punk’s leg around the bottom rope, Punk and Fish with strikes on the top turnbuckle, Punk knocks Fish off the top, Punk hits an elbow from the top! Punk is too worn out to get the cover.

Strikes back and forth, Punk gets the upper hand, Fish with a huge kick to the legs, flooring Punk. Punk ducks under a high kick and hits a leg lariat, Punk hits a swinging neckbreaker. Punk with a knee strike in the corner, a short arm clothesline, cover, 2 count. Punk gestures for the GTS, picks up Fish, Fish catches the leg and hits a dragon screw! Fish with a slinging clothesline, Punk with a double leg, into a cover, Fish escapes, Punk hits the GTS! Punk is worn out but finally gets the cover, 1, 2, 3! Fish just kicks out after the 3.

WINNER: CM Punk!

From last week, Malakai Black says he turn the Nightmare family against Cody, he made the whole crowd turn against Cody. Black says this was never about pinfalls. This isn’t over, the house always wins.

MJF makes his entrance, accompanied by Shawn Spears and Wardlow. Bryce Donovan is already in the ring.

MJF offers a handshake, Donovan shakes but MJF kicks him, MJF whips Donovan into the corner, hit the heatseeker piledriver, cover, 1, 2, 3!

WINNER: MJF!

MJF gets a mic, says this place is a shithole. Says he did what he does best, pin shoulders to the mat and bang rats. MJF makes fun of everybody’s mother. This town loves to cheer for losers like Darby Allin. MJF says he deserves to be AEW World Champion and says Darby is too scared to show up for work, “Asshole” chants. Says he knocked out Sting last week, Darby is out of his hair now, there is nothing standing in the way off his destiny. After Full Gear he wants the AEW World title, it doesn’t matter who is the champion.

Sting’s music hits! It stops and MJF laughs. He got us. He calls everybody stupid. The lights cut out again… A figure wearing and MJF mask gets dropkicks at a music concert… The lights come back on and Sting is standing behind the Pinnacle. Sting clears the ring, MJF runs into the crowd. Darby Allin is in the crowd wearing a trench coat. MJF runs away. Allin lays out Wardlow and Spears with a skateboard filled with thumbtacks!

Darby gets a mic and simply says “Full Gear!”

Tony Schiavone is with Britt Baker. Britt is surprised to find out she has a match with Abadon on Rampage. Baker says she has a couple of tricks of her own.

Ethan Page makes his entrance for our next TNT Title match alone, no Scorpio Sky or American Top Team. The Champion, Sammy Guevara is out next also on his own. Guevara bolts down the ramp and into Page. Guevara with a knee strike sending Page out of the ring, Guevara hits a Tope Suicida to the outside! If Sammy loses, he must leave the Inner Circle. Guevara throws Page into the barricade. Guevara beats down Page over the timekeepers table. Guevara throws Page into the barricade again, and once more.

TNT Championship: Sammy Guevara (c) vs. Ethan Page

Page gets his bearing and hits strikes on Sammy. Guevara with a chop, snap suplex, cover, 1 count. Guevara with a kick to the spine. Tony Nese is in the crowd. Strikes back and forth, Page with a chop in the corner, Guevara chops Page, Page with a kick to the midsection, Guevara with a big kick to the spine and a superkick. Guevara climbs to the top, Page knocks him off, crotching Guevara. Page picks up Guevara and hits a backbreaker over the top turnbuckle!

Page is standing over Guevara, Guevara hits a forearm, Page with a knee lift, goes for Ego’s Edge but Guevara escapes, Guevara with a clothesline, a back elbow, spear in the corner, enziguri, into a springboard cutter! Page hits a big boot, Guevara hits a Spanish Fly, cover, 2 count!

Page rolls to the outside, Guevara climbs to the top and hits a Shooting Star Press onto Page! “Holy Shit” chants! Back in the ring, Page knocks Guevara off the top rope, cover, 2 count. Page climbs to the top, Guevara leaps to the top after him, Page picks him up and body slams him off the top, Page hits a huge shoulder tackle, cover, 2 count. Page goes for a avalanche Ego’s Edge, Guevara reverses into a hurricanrana, Guevara misses a standing shoot star, Guevara with a double leg into a jack knife pin, 1, 2, 3!

WINNER: “And Still” TNT Champion, Sammy Guevara!

Page attacks Guevara after the match. Scorpio Sky comes out as well to continue the attack. Judas plays as the Inner Circle run down to makes the save and Inner Circle clear the ring. The crowd continue to sing Judas.

Jericho gets a mic, he says he respects Sky for beating him twice. The only thing Page has beaten is himself in the hotel last night. There will be a 5 on 5 match at Full Gear. Page, Sky and American Top Team vs. The Inner Circle. This match is now a Minneapolis Street Fight. Next week will decide which member of American Top Team will be in the match. Jericho quotes Aerosmith to close out.

Tony Schiavone is with Kingston and Danielson backstage. Kingston Bryan said he wasnt a hard worker, Kingston says he battles depression, anger, he never knows what he’s going to do, he’s done talking and listening. Bryan says that is the Kingston he wants to see, somebody with something to fight for. Bryan says he has been through all that too and he doesn’t complain. Bryan says he isn’t saying Kingston isn’t a hard worker, he and Moxley are the toughest wrestlers he has ever met. On Friday he will prove he is the best, he will beat Kingston.

Tony Schiavone is with the Lucha Bros. Penta and Fenix say they know what FTR want, they will put the AEW Tag Title on the line at Full Gear. Zero Meido!

Serena Deeb makes her entrance, Deeb is wearing a cool new robe. Out next is Shida!

TBS Championship Tournament: Serena Deeb vs. Hikaru Shida

Deeb goes for the legs, Shida kicks her off, Shida with strikes on the mat, big dropkick, kicks in the corner, Deeb escapes the ring and smashes Shida’s leg around the ringpost! Shida pulls Deeb into the ringpost with her legs! Shida stops the ref from counting Deeb out and brings her back into the ring. Shida hits a superplex from the outside of the ring to the inside, cover, 2 count.

Strikes back and forth, Shida gets the upper hand with a flurry of forearms, whip into the corner, running knee strike and a running spinning forearm. Shida hits a missile dropkick, delays vertical suplex, cover, 2 count. Deeb with a forearm, Shida counters an uppercut into a backslide, Deb escapes, Shida with an axe kick, German suplex, then a faceplant driver, cover, 2 count. Shida hits a running knee strike cover, 2 count. Deeb with a dragon screw, Shida kicks her out of the ring, Shida gets a chair from under the ring, sets it up, Deeb throws hit away. Shida runs up the sets and hits a missile dropkick.

Deeb slams Shida leg onto the apron, locks in a figure 4 around the ring post! Back in the ring, Shida reverse a figure four into a roll up, 2 count. Shida with a kick, knee strike, Deeb catches another knee strike into a half crab! Shida almost gets to the ropes but Deeb pulls her away and locks in an inverted figure 4, Shida gets to the ropes! “This is Awesome” chants. Deeb picsk up the plaque but Shida kicks her and grabs the plaque herself. She doesn’t use it and Deeb gets a roll up, 2 count. Shida gets a roll ups, then Deeb, then again, manages to get the 1, 2, 3!

WINNER: Hikaru Shida!

Deeb attacks Shida after the match with a steel chair to the injured knee! Deeb locks in the Serenity Lock as Shida taps out. Refs and trainers run down and get Deeb to release the hold.

Tony Schiavone is with Lio Rush and Dante Martin. Rush says it wasn’t the right time for Mike Sydal, Rush in ring debut will come at the right place at the right time, Dante Martin vs. Matt Sydal III will happen on Rampage.

Dark Order’s music hits to bring out 10. Jon Moxley is out next as he makes his entrance through the crowd.

AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament: Dark Order’s 10 vs. Jon Moxley

Moxley htis a German right off the bat. Moxley with stomps in the corner, 10 with a back elbow strike, Moxley knocks him out of the ring, throws him into the steel stair. Moxley rips the mask and bites 10! Moxley rams 10 into the ringpost.

10 is busted open, 10 hits a back elbow, chops, strikes, pump kick in the corner, Moxley hits a huge lariat! Moxley with pounding blows on the mat, Moxley hits the Paradigm Shift, cover, 1, 2, 3!

WINNER: Jon Moxley!

Jon Moxley walks right out of the ring and back through the crowd as 10 is attended to by doctors.

Tony Schiavone is with FTR backstage. Cash says they have waited a year to get back their AEW tag titles. Tully says they have hit the reset button and those guys have no idea what is coming. Dax says they will go down as the best tag team of all time. Top Guys out.

Cody Rhodes’ music hits to a chorus of boos. Cody comes out smirking, Arn Anderson comes out and hugs Cody. Cody throws his jacket into the crowd.

In the ring, Cody is met with huge boos. Cody says he hears them, he hears you online, he hears old men shouting at clouds, last week he hit the Tiger Driver 98 and for a brief moment he thought about hitting a different move, what would happen? Would he have popped up, sneered, abuse his EVP powers. do you wanna know why he didn’t? Because its too easy. That is the easy way out. If you want to boos the narrative, boo the true narrative. Its not in his nature, put yourself in my shoes, he throws his shoes into the crowd. Dustin is likely better than him, his wife to too hot for him, the easy way out is not the way. He will not turn.

The reason is because he loves you guys too much and has done his entire life. He apologies for become too Hollywood. he apologies to the Nightmare Family, it is an honour to stand in the ring with Arn, he apologies to Arn and shakes his hand.

Andrade El Idolo comes out and asks who does he think he is? These people don’t like you. They don’t like him but he doesn’t care about the people. Says Cody makes stupid choices, like that stupid tattoo. Andrade can make Cody his little bitch. The lights cut out… Malakai Black is in the ring standing next to Andrade. Black does the Black Mist into Cody’s face. Andrade and Black beat down on Cody and Arn. Pac hits the ring to make the save. Pac clears the ring, beating down Andrade. Pac mocks Black by sitting cross legged.

Commentary runs down the Rampage card. Up next Dark Order vs. The Elite.

Dark Order’s music hits the bring out Grayson, Evil Uno, Silver and Colt Cabana. Evil Uno is riding 2 men in a horse costume… Cabana is dressed as Brandon Cutler. The Elite are out next, they are all dressed as the Ghostbuster and come out to the Ghostbusters music.

Eight Man Tag Match: Dark Order (Stu Grayson, Evil Uno, Colt Cabana & John Silver) vs. The Elite (Kenny Omega, Adam Cole & The Young Bucks)

Silver(dressed as Bambi) and Cole start, lock up, Silver overpowers Cole, kick to the chest, headbutt with the antlers. Silver hits a back body drop. Evil Uno(dressed as a cowboy) tags in, Omega tags in, strikes back and forth. Uno hits a splash in the corner but hits the proton pack…

Omega mock covers Uno, 2 count. Matt Jackson tags in, Uno sweeps the leg and rides Matt like a horse. “Cowboy Shit” chants. Grayson tags in, multiple splashes in the corner, Cabana sprays Mat with the cold spray, the match breaks down as all men enter the ring, Dark Order get the upper hand and pose over the Elite.

The Bucks are in the rign with Grayson, Grayson fights off all the Elite and hits a hurricanrana on Omega after launching off the Bucks. Grayson with a Pele kick on both Buck! Cabana tags in, moonsault press to the Bucks, Cabana with right hands all round, elbow to Omega. Cabana with the superman pin, 2 count. Nick hits a superkick on Cabana, Silver tags in, enziguri to Cole, cannon ball to Nick, pumpkick to Nick, German suplex, Superkick Party or Silver.

Omega hits a snap dragon suplex, triple superkick, cover, Grayson breaks the count. Uno neckbreaker to Nick, Cole hits a superkick, Omega with a knee strike, Silver with an enziguri, Matt accidentally hit the ref. Matt with a low blow to Grayson, Triple low blows to all the Dark Order, The Elite get the proton packs, hits quadruple proton pack shots to the Dark Order, they pile up the proton pack s in the ring and powerbomb Cabana onto them.

The horse costume comes running out with 5 and Reynolds, the Elite beat them down… Omega low blows the horse, 4 way BTE Trigger to the horse. They remove the mask and see its Brandon Cutler. The Marshmallow mask reveals himself to be Adam Page! Page with a huge clothesline to Matt Jackson! Grayson with a moonsault tot he outside, Page hits the deadeye on omega! Silver hits an aeroplane spin on Omega and get the 3!

WINNER: The Dark Order!

Dark Order celebrate in the ring as the Elite are outraged at ringside. Page drinks a beer while staring down the Elite on the ramp as Dynamite goes off the air!
