WWE released loads of employees, including WWE Superstars, over the past several months. This recent trend jumpstarted on April 15th, the same day that they axed several people last year. The IIconics and more were a part of those cuts

Peyton Royce and Billie Kay were released back in April. Many fans were shocked at this outcome as they still had a lot of potential. After many months of waiting, Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay finally signed with Impact Wrestling.

Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay finally made their debut with Impact Wrestling during this week’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view. They challenged Jessicka Havoc and Rosemary for their Impact Knockouts Tag Team Titles.

After a hard-fought match where either team could have become the winner, the IInsiration pulled off the win. Thus, they became the new Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions.

All I know is that every time I think I’ve hit my ceiling I go higher than I’ve ever been AND NEW! @IMPACTWRESTLING Knockouts Tag Team Champions! @JessicaMcKay

It remains to be seen how the IInspiration will fare in Impact Wrestling now that they are the new Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions. Fans are certainly glad to see the IInspiration being successful right off the bat.
