Jim Ross is a veteran in the pro wrestling world, as he made a name for himself as a commentator in WWE. He has delivered some of the most iconic moments in the history of pro wrestling and has worked with several big-name pro wrestlers over his years as a commentator as well.
On the other hand, Chris Jericho’s contributions as a pro wrestler need no introduction. He has competed in various promotions all around the globe for three decades. Jericho is also proud to be working in AEW and isn’t afraid to show it. Being a veteran in the business, he doesn’t really have much care about what his haters have to say.
Chris Jericho has excelled in any role he put his mind to, be it as a wrestler or as part of the commentary table. Many fans wonder what Jericho will do once he retires from in-ring competition for good.
While speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross talked about Chris Jericho being a full-time commentator after retiring as a pro wrestler. Ross believes that Chris Jericho could be one of the best commentators of his generation.
“Jericho is good in any role. I believe Jericho will end up being one of the best commentators of his generation when he goes to that position; if he does. He is just really good.’
Chris Jericho is currently feuding with America’s Top Team and Men Of The Year. From the looks of it, The Inner Circle will be battling America’s Top Team somewhere down the line. We wonder if Chris Jericho will become a full-time commentator once his career as a pro wrestler comes to an end.
