NXT Superstars Caught In Limbo During WWE Draft

WWE called up a few NXT Superstars to the main roster during the 2021 Draft, and some of those choices were a big surprise. A couple of those NXT Superstars were actually smartened up prior to having their names called.

We previously reported on how some WWE Superstars were told about their draft placements and others figured it out. Those NXT Superstars were in a similar situation as some did not know where they were heading, but others were told about it beforehand.

According to a report fromFightful, “numerous” talent were stuck in a situation between NXT and WWE without knowing what was going on.

There were numerous people stuck in limbo between NXT and WWE who learned various things. Some weren’t told until after the draft started that they wouldn’t be drafted, some learned as their names were called, and others were prepared for TV.

We’ll have to see what happens with the NXT Superstars who were called up. Others, like Dakota Kai, seemed ready for a call-up, but they were left in limbo. This could be a very interesting situation as the company continues, but there are still a couple NXT Superstars who are seemingly waiting for their time to shine under WWE’s brighter lights.
