Alexa Bliss Scheduled For Surgery

Alexa Bliss suffered a pretty bad night at Extreme Rules. She lost clean in her home city of Columbus and then Charlotte Flair murdered Lilly. Reports came out soon afterward that Bliss is taking some time off. It turns out she needed a surgery.

Bliss has tweeted out some cryptic messages about changing her character since her hiatus started. She was not on RAW this week at all, but Bliss was mentioned on commentary and video packages.

According to a report from PW Insider, Alexa Bliss is scheduled for a sinus surgery. This is probably not a huge deal, but it will keep her out of the ring for a bit.

Alexa Bliss was written off TV as of the Extreme Rules PPV as she is scheduled for an upcoming sinus surgery.

It is unknown exactly how long Alexa Bliss will be out of action. Hopefully, that sinus procedure goes smoothly without any complications. She is guaranteed money for WWE as they put their marketing and merchandising machine behind her. It will also be interesting to see which brand drafts Bliss during the 2021 WWE Draft. Obviously, she will miss the draft festivities coming up.
