Tonight’s RAW will feature the fallout from the Extreme Rules PPV last night. Most importantly, the show will open with Big E defending the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley. Big E pinned Lashley on the PPV last night and the All Mighty was left fuming, will it be the same result tonight or will Lashley win his Championship back?
Charlotte Flair retained the RAW Women’s Championship over Alexa Bliss last night. Not content with her win, Flair ripped Lilly to pieces. Bliss was left an emotional wreck and it seems Charlotte may have pushed her over the edge. Elsewhere, Damian Priest retained the United States Championship over Sheamus and Jeff Hardy, so who will step-up to face the archer of infamy next? Let us know your hopes below!

Monday Night RAW opens with a look back at Big E cashing-in the Money In The Bank briefcase two weeks ago, then last night when Big E pinned Lashley again after a miscommunication with AJ Styles. We go live to the arena and out comes the WWE Champion.
They lock-up stiff and struggle for control. Lashley forces Big E to the corner but the WWE Champion slaps him in the face. Lashley is enraged and batters Big E around the ring and in the corner. Lashley hits a suplex, then throws him out of the ring. Lashley runs Big E into the barricade, then into the ring post. Big E regroups and hits Lashley with a belly-to-belly on the floor.
*Commercial Break*
Back live and Lashley is back in control of Big E. Lashley takes a sleeper but Big E fights up and hits the ropes, only to get caught with a back elbow. Lashley runs Big E into the corner, then lifts him onto the top rope. Big E struggles and fights Lashley off but the All Mighty clobbers him with a forearm and Big E tumbles to the floor. Lashley goes outside, runs around the ring, and both men connect with clotheslines.
Both men get back in the ring before the ten count. Lashley whips Big E to the corner, then connects with a neckbreaker. Lashley tees-off with right hands on Big E but the Champion fires back with an elbow. Big E wants the Big Ending but Lashley grabs the ropes. Lashley slides onto the apron but Big E spears him through them to the floor.
Big E gets up and sees Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, both wearing Hurt Business t-shirts! Big E gets back in the ring but Lashley hits him with a spinebuster. Lashley lines-up and hits a spear but out come Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to attack Shelton and Cedric. They spill into the ring as Lashely is pinning Big E and they fall into them, forcing the referee to end the match.
The action continues after the bell. New Day clear the ring and Kofi and Woods dive over the ropes onto Cedric and Shelton. WWE officials rush down to try and restore some order. Adam Pearce comes out and says this match can’t end this way, not tonight. It needs to happen without any interference, so Big E and Lashley can go at it again tonight… inside a steel cage!
Tonight, Charlotte Flair will host an open challenge for her Women’s Championship, and Damian Priest will defend the U.S Championship against Sheamus once more in a match with no disqualifications and no count-outs!
*Commercial Break*
Erik starts off strong and throws Garza around. Garza connects with a knee and a clothesline before ripping his pants off. Garza takes Erik down and clubs his head, then applies a dragon sleeper. Erik slams Garza but Humberto gets on the apron and causes a distraction. Ivar walks around the ring to scare Humberto away but Garza superkicks Erik and hits the Wing Clipper for the win.
We see higlights from Charlotte Flair’s successful title defense against Alexa Bliss last night. Charlotte will host an open challenge later tonight.
*Commercial Break*
The title match begins and we see R-Truth, Drake Maverick and Drew Gulak watching from behind the barricade. Ricochet takes a headlock but Reggie shoots him off and drops down, so Ricochet leaps over him. Reggie then flips over Ricochet and they smile at each other. Reggie is whipped to the corner but he flips over Ricochet, then Ricochet does the same to Reggie. Ricochet knocks him out of the ring, then dives over the ropes onto him. Truth and co. jump the barricade and attack Reggie and Ricochet.
Truth and Gulak are busy brawling with Ricochet on the foor and Reggie runs up the ramp. Maverick uses a walkie-talkie and Akira Tozawa comes running down the ramp, chasing Reggie. The Champ leaps over the ropes and past Tozawa to make his escape again.
Riddle is interviewed backstage and asked how he feels about facing AJ Styles tonight. Riddle says he’s concentrating because tonight he’s flying solo. Orton told him he needed a break because he might RKO him on concrete. Riddle rants about Orton being gone and maybe having the munchies while watching RAW. Riddle puts his headphones on and sings Orton’s music but Omos and Styles apear and he looks timid.

Akira Tozawa is still in the ring and he says he is demanding a match with R-Truth, Drew Gulak, Drake Maverick, whoever, he doesn’t care. Tozawa’s challenge is answered by Keith “Bearcat” Lee!
The bell rings and Tozawa runs into a clothesline. Lee whips Akira to the corner and splashes him, then throws him across the ring. Lee lifts Tozawa up and hits the Big Bang for the win.
*Commercial Break*
New Day is interviewed backstage and Big E says Lashley needs to know that when the cage comes up it’s going down. Lashley promised he would beat Lashley and he did. He promised he would beat him last night and he did. And so, like Babe Ruth, let him call one more shot: he’s going to beat him once more tonight and walk out WWE Champion.
The match gets underway, they lock-up, and Priest takes Sheamus down witha wristlock. Sheamus takes over with a headlock and keeps Priest pinned to the mat. Sheamus elbows Priest in the face but gets whipped to the corner and caught with some running elbows. Priest hits a falcon arrow for a two-count and Sheamus rolls outside. They brawl on the floor and Priest runs Sheamus into the steel steps, then kicks him over them.
Priest takes a table from under the ring and sets it up beside the ring but Sheamus returns to attack Priest and send him over the steps. Sheamus adjusts the steps, then Priest comes off the steps with a Superman punch. Sheamus gets Priest in the ring and looks for the Beats of the Bodhran but Priest fights it. Sheamus avoids a big boot on the apron and lifts Priest onto his shoulders, then hits white noise through the table at ringside!

Back live and Sheamus is beating Damian Priest with a kendo stick. Sheamus puts the Kendo in Priest’s mouth and pulls back on it, then leans a table in the corner. Priest fights back and sends Sheamus to the apron but the Celtic Warrior snaps him on the top rope, then goes up top and mocks Priest’s archer taunt. Sheamus jumps but Priest catches him with the Kendo in mid-air! Priest wails on Sheamus with the Kendo and knocks him out of the ring, then slams him against the barricade.
Sheamus runs Priest into the apron, then the barricade and gets a chair in the ring. Sheamus sits on the chair in the ring and poses to the boos of the fans. Priest comes back and they throw hands. Priest attempts a springboard but Sheamus clubs him, then shoves him face-first into a chair wedged between the buckles. Sheamus hits an Alabama slam for a near-fall. Sheamus wants a Brogue Kick but Priest throws a chair into his face, then hits south of Heaven for a near-fall.
Priest hits a flurry of punches and kicks, then counters the Brogue Kick and hits a lariat. Priest goes to the apron and kicks Sheamus back, then leaps over the ropes into a knee from Sheamus. Priest avoids a Kendo shot, hits a bell-ringer, and wants the Reckoning but Sheamus lifts him up. Priest slides off Sheamus’s shoulders and throws him through the table leaning in the corner. Priest lifts Sheamus and hits the Reckoning for the win.
Mustafa Ali and Mansoor are backstage and Ali asks why Mansoor got a six-man tag match for them tonight. Ali starts berating Jeff Hardy, their partner tonight, but Jeff appears behind him and Ali cowers. Jeff says he can’t wait to team with them, and he can’t wait to twist the fates of Jinder Mahal, Veer and Shanky.
*Commercial Break*
Ali starts against Shanky and hits some dropkicks but the big man doesn’t go down and hits him with a sidewalk slam. Veer tags in and beats Ali down, then sends him to the corner but Ali flips over him and tags Mansoor. Veer quickly takes Mansoor down and his a leaping elbow drop. Veer slams Mansoor and applies a neck crank submission. Shanky tags back in and elbows Mansoor in the corner.
Hardy and Mahal get the tags and Jeff lands right hands, axe handles, an inverted atomic drop, dropkick and splash for a near-fall. Hardy wants the Twist of Fate but Mahal shoves him to the corner. Ali tags in and hits a rolling X-Factor to Mahal but Veer breaks the pinfall attempt. Hardy is sent to the outside where SHanky grabs him but Mansoor comes off the steps into Shanky. Inside the ring, Veer takes Ali’s head off with a lariat for the win.
Karrion Kross cuts a promo in a smokey room. He says he’s never felt more envigorated or energetic than he does now. And that’s because he’s only started to feel himself on RAW. He waxes lyrical about how he will beat his opponents because they will all fall and pray.
*Commercial Break*
They lock-up but quickly let go because they’re equals. Kross forces Ryker back and punches him in the corner. Ryker fires back with a few shots but gets hit with an exploder suplex. Ryker hits a gut-shot and lifts Kross but gets hit with a Saito suplex. Kross aopplies the Krossjacket and Ryker taps.
Doudrop drops in on Pearce and Deville and asks for the tite match against Charlotte Flair tonight. Deville likes the idea and says Charlotte will never see her coming.
*Commercial Break*
Bobby Lashley says he is the rightful WWE Champion and what Big E did makes him sick. Well he’s not injured anymore and he’s happy they’ve got a cage match tonight because he can smash Big E’s head against the steel. And whether he climbs out of the cage or pins Big E in the middle of the ring, he will walk out as the WWE Champion.
The match begins and they lock-up with Riddle quickly slamming AJ down with a waistlock. Styles elbows Riddle, who turns him into the corner and kicks him in the chest. AJ kicks the leg of Riddle a few times and he collapses. Riddle catches a kick and backs AJ up with shots to the gut, then drops him with a kick to the chest and follows-up with a senton.
Riddle hits three gutwrench suplexes in a row, then a knee to the face. Styles lifts Riddle for a suplex and dorps him over the top rope. Riddle lands near Omos but Styles goes to the apron and hits a sliding knee. AJ puts Riddle back in the ring and counters him to hit a backbreaker. AJ dumps Riddle out of the ring again as we head to the break.
*Commercial Break*
Back live and Riddle is rallying with kicks and a Broton but AJ gets his knees up. Styles hits Ushigoroshi for a near-fall and he’s getting angry. Riddle hits a high-angle German suplex for a two-count. Riddle lifts AJ but gets elbowed and Styles connects with a Pele kick. Riddle counters AJ and hits a ripcord knee and both men go down. Styles reverses Riddle and hits a pumphandle gutbuster.
Styles goes to the apron and wants a Phenomenal Forearm but Riddle clocks him and he tumbles to the floor. Riddle goes to the apron and hits a penalty kick, then flips off the ropes with a floating bro. Riddle gets AJ back in the ring and jumps for a floating bro but Styles avoids it and locks-in the calf crusher. Riddle crawls to the bottom rope to froce the break. Riddle wants an RKO but Styles catches him with a burning hammer, then hits the Styles Clash for the win!
After the match Omos gets into the ring and lifts Riddle up for a chokeslam while Styles smiles from the apron.
Shayna Baszler is interviewed backstage and asked what was going through her mind when she injured Nia Jax. Baszler just walks off.
*Commercial Break*
The bell rings, they lock up, and Flair applies a side headlock. Doudrop whips her off and shoulder tackles her. Flair looks surprised. Doudrop rolls over her and hits the ropes for another shoulder tackle. Flair catches Doudrop with a big boot and goes for an exploder, but she can’t lift Doudrop. Doudrop lifts her but Charlotte gets out. Doudrop comes back with a takedown and a senton. Suddenly Eva Marie’s music hits and she comes out, distracting Doudrop. Charlotte attacks Doudrop, then hits Natural Selection for the win.
After the match Eva is taunting Doudrop and turns around into a clothesline from Flair. Charlotte dusts her feet on Eva and leaves.

Goldberg is live for a sit-down interview from his home. Goldberg wants to talk man-to-man with Lashley. He says they’re both fathers and he hopes Lashley is a better father than he is a liar. Because when he choked Gage out at SummerSlam he had the balls to claim it was a misunderstanding. Just like when his son was born he promised on everything holy that he would do everything to protect him. Lashley hurt his son and now he will fulfill the promise he made to his wife and son. He’s going to hurt Lashley real bad. Hell, he might just kill him. And he’s going to enjoy every second of it because Gage is his son and Lashley is about to be his victim.
Eva Marie is still in the ring and she says if she had the same opportunity that Doudrop just had she would be the new RAW Women’s Champion right now. Eva claims she can beat any woman on the roster and they know it. Shayna Baszler stomps down to the ring and chokes Eva Marie out with the Kirifuda Clutch.Baszler then takes Eva Marie out of the ring and attacks her arm. Shayna removes the top of the steps and stomps Eva’s arm on the bottom part. Eva screams as officials come down to check on her. The fans chant “one more time” but Shayna ignores them.
Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H are interview backstage. Ripley says her and Nikki have very little in common but they share the Women’s Tag Team Championships. She also says the draft doesn’t matter because they go where they want, when they want. Nikki says Super Brutality is flying high and they need matching outfits but Ripley isn’t feeling it.
*Commercial Break*
As Big E is entering the cage, Lashley attacks him, knocking him to the floor. THe bell hasn’t rung and Lashley beats Big E around ringside, sending him into the cage, the barricade, and the steel steps. Lashley lifts Big E and runs him into the steel cage. Lashley lifts the steel steps and hits the back of Big E and saunters into the ring, leaving E laying.
*Commercial Break*
Back live and Big E is in the ring but he can barely stand and he screams at the referee to start the match. Lashley runs at him as the bell rings and Big E hits a urinage for a two-count. Big E runs Lashley into the cage wall twice but Lashley fires back with a clothesline. Lashley then throws Big E into the cage and grinds his face in the corner.
Lashley hits a stalling vertical suplex, then readies for a spear but Big E hip-tosses him into the cage. Big E launches Lashley into the cage a few times, then Lashley tries to grab the Hurt Lock but gets elbowed. Lashley hits a T-bone suplex for a near-fall. Lashley starts scaling the cage but Big E attacks him and climbs to the middle rope. Big E wants the Big Ending from the middle rope but Lashley slides down between the ropes into a dragon sleeper.
Big E fights but slimps to the mat as the fans chant “New Day rocks!” Lashley starts climbing the cage again and reaches the girder but Big E catches up with him and slams his face into the cage a few times. Lashley falls down and Big E starts climbing the cage and gets to the top. Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander come running down, climb the cage, and knock Big E back down into the ring.
Lashley tells the referee to open the cage door but as he’s crawling out Xavier Woods slams it into his face! Cedric jumps at Woods from the cage and gets caught with a superkick. Kofi climbs up aside Shelton and knocks him down. Woods gets hit but Shelton but then Kofi does a Trust Fall to both Shelton and Cedric. Big E and Lashley are down in the ring!
*Commercial Break*
We return to see Lashley hit Big E with a superplex – the New Day and Hurt Business have both bee ejected from ringside. Lashley runs at Big E in the corner but eats an elbow. Lashley leap frogs Big E but then gets hit with a few belly-to-belly suplexes. Big E hits the ropes for the big splash but Lashley catches him with a spear and covers… Big E kicks out!
Lashley slams Big E again and hits an elbow from from the middle rope. Lashley drops Big E and goes to the door but Big E grabs his leg. Lashley kicks Big E off and berates him. Lashley goes to the door again and this time when Big E reaches for him Bobby grabs his hand. Lashley hits Big E but then the Champion lifts him and lands the Big Ending!
Big E covers but Lashley kicks out. Big E goes to the door but Lashley grabs his leg. After some miscommunication, Lashley hits a one-handed spinebuster and starts climbing the cage but Big E climbs up alongside and slams him into the steel. They brawl on the ropes and Big E grabs Lashley and hits the top rope Big Ending for the win!
