It’s Sunday, September 26th and WWE is hosting the annual Extreme Rules PPV! And we at Ringside News have you covered with live play-by-play results coverage. Start time for Extreme Rules is 7:00 PM EST with the hour-long Kick-Off Show. Match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.
This year’s Extreme Rules PPV is here and it feels a little… rushed. Weirdly, only one match on the show has a stipulation and it’s the main event. Roman Reigns will defend the Universal Championship against The Demon, Finn Balor in an Extreme Rules match. Seeing as WWE is already advertising Roman’s next title defense in Saudi Arabia, it seems highly unlikely the Demon comes out on top tonight.
Other matches tonight include Becky Lynch Vs. Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, Charlotte Flair Vs. Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship, Damian Priest defending the United States Championship against Sheamus and Jeff Hardy, and The Uso’s Vs. The Street Profits with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles on the line. The only non-title match on the show is Carmella Vs. Liv Morgan, which could end up on the Kick-Off Show.
And that’s the rundown for tonight’s PPV. Let us know which match you’re most excited for and if you expect any surprises in store. The show begins at 7PM and all you have to do is click that refresh link below for the latest results. Enjoy the show!
