Ric Flair caused a lot of trouble on the Plane Ride From Hell. He had no idea at the time that a docuseries would blow the roof off that night twenty years later. Now Flair is suffering the consequences of those actions.

WWE removed Flair’s famous “woo” from the opening video package before RAW this week. His famous voice was previously heard, even after his WWE release.

Now WWE decided to pull down all of Ric Flair’s merchandise from their official shop. The shop previously had Ric Flair merchandise available, despite the fact that he was released from the company.

WWE also pulled down a Ric Flair Story Time video, one that glorified his naked robe routine on airplanes.

Ric Flair released a public statement on the matter. He followed that up with a second release where he went into some of hose poor choices that he made eariler in life.

Flair’s CarShield commercial was also pulled from rotation and it is unknown how long it will be until they bring back those series of ads.
