Austin Theory Thanks Johnny Gargano While Teasing WWE Main Roster Jump

The Way is changing dramatically, and it doesn’t have anything to do with InDex’s recent wedding. Austin Theory is on his way back to the WWE main roster, and he hasn’t appeared on NXT in weeks. Theory returned to NXT this week for Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis’ wedding, but it appears that his time in developmental is over once again.

Austin Theory tweeted out a message to The Way, his stable with Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, and Indi Hartwell. He had some great times and thanked them for everything, but now he is onto that “next level.”

The Way helped me get to that next level as a performer. I can’t thank the people I was surrounded by enough. If you got lost in reality with what we gave you then we did our job

We’ll have to see what’s to come for Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae after this. Gargano’s WWE contract is up in December and LeRae’s runs out sometime in 2022. They are also expecting their first child.

Things are changing in WWE, but that doesn’t always have to be a bad thing. Austin Theory certainly seems hopeful about what is to come for him.
