Candice LeRae’s Current WWE Contract Status

WWE lost some notable names in recent memory, both by choice and because contracts ran out. Johnny Gargano’s deal is expiring in December, but what is going on with his wife, Candice LeRae?

According to a report from Fightful Select, Candice LeRae’s contract does not line up with Johnny Gargano’s. Her current deal reportedly ends “sometime in 2022.”

Also, LeRae’s deal has not been “frozen” due to her pregagncy. She is still on-screen practically every week. It was not noted what will happen in that regard once she is unable to appear on television each week. LeRae “insisted” on remaining a character on television during her pregagncy.

She insisted on remaining on-screen as long as she plausibly could, and that NXT has been happy with her performance both in and out of the ring.

We will have to see what happens in 2022 once Candice LeRae’s contract actually starts to run out. There are a lot of options out there in the pro wrestling world, and her name has often been discussed among fans as someone who should have been called up to the main roster some time ago.
