Triple H suffered a cardiac event and he had a procedure to correct his issue. This was a genetic thing, but no other information is known at this time. He is currently resting at home, and that means NXT 2.0 will start without him at the Capitol Wrestling Center.

PW Insider reports that Paul Levesque will likely not be at tonight’s big NXT rebranding show. This also “raised concern” among talent, because they don’t know what they are walking into right now without their leader at the helm.

The fact that Paul Levesque will likely not be at today’s taping due to his recent medical emergency has also raised concern as there’s a feeling among some talents that they don’t know what they are walking into today and don’t even know if it’s going to be Levesque’s regular team running the taping or others from WWE.

It was also reported that “there is a great sense of unease among many talents as they wait.” Obviously, there are a lot of questions to answer in this situation, and many of the people who should know are still very much in the dark.

We will have to see what the new vision for NXT is. The brand’s new logo and designs were derived without any input from Triple H. Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard will handle the big decisions and branding moving forward, but there is also debate about who much input they will have on the daily operations.
