Vince McMahon Returns To WWE Television Tapings After Brief Absence

Vince McMahon is the final decision maker in WWE and that makes it very difficult to carry on without him there. The Chairman was absent for two television tapings in a row, and some fans started to wonder if something was up. Thankfully, he returned to WWE’s television tapings this week.

Ringside News exclusively reported last week that Vince McMahon missed SmackDown. It was not noted why he did not attend the show, but McMahon still made plenty of calls via telephone throughout the day as he remained in constant contact.

It was later reported that Vince McMahon missed Raw this week. That trend did not continue as WWE rolled through Madison Square Garden this week for SmackDown.

We were told by a tenured member of the team that Vince McMahon “was at The Garden” for SmackDown. He ran the show just as always without having to stay on the phone while calling the shots from a distance.

It’s good to know that Vince McMahon was able to make a return to work. If anything, that should eliminate some of the fan conspiracy theories that were floating around for the past several days.
