Sasha Banks’ Status For WWE SmackDown’s Return To Madison Square Garden

Sasha Banks hasn’t been on WWE television since before SummerSlam. She was heavily featured in the hype leading up to the event, but she didn’t appear. The Boss was backstage at SmackDown last week, but is she around for the MSG show?

According to Fightful Select, Banks is around Madison Square Garden, but she isn’t listed on the rundown sheet. She might not appear this week, but The Boss made it to NYC for the company’s big return to the world’s most famous arena.

Banks was seen around in Madison Square Garden earlier today, but was not listed on early on-screen rundowns of the show. We’ll work to see if that is slated to change as the show gets closer. Not everything that unfolds on screen are always listed in these internal rundowns.

We’ll have to see when Sasha Banks makes her return. She is missed by a ton of fans and her name trends often because fans want to see her used on television. Now that Becky Lynch is “heel” champion, she has Bianca Belair to face at Extreme Rules. It will be interesting to see how they work The Boss back into things.
