The drastic change in character for Roman Reigns over the years remains one of the best changes in recent memory. He went from being an utterly dull babyface to one of the most compelling heels in WWE. He also isn’t a stranger when it comes to accolades in the company.

Roman Reigns was simply unbearable for many when he was a babyface and fans and pro wrestlers alike agreed with this notion. This is in spite of the fact that Reigns competed in high profile matches against the best of the best.

Many fans also agree with the fact that having Paul Heyman as Roman Reigns’ special counsel helped elevate him to the top. Roman Reigns agrees with that fact as he considers Heyman a great weapon in his arsenal.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Finn Balor talked about Roman Reigns and stated that he is a once-in-a-lifetime talent.

“The world was talking s— about Roman and his abilities and his performances. From the first moment we locked up, I knew he was something special. He was operating on a different level that people didn’t quite fully understand. Now people are learning he is a once-in-a-lifetime talent. Roman’s proven that over and again, and the masses have accepted and acknowledged that ability and growth. His presence is just unimaginable right now.”

Roman Reigns successfully defended his WWE Universal Championship against Finn Balor on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. However, it seems their feud is far from over from the looks of it.
